The company denies the allegations and says it will defend itself in court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Serpapi says its service only provides information that is already publicly available through a standard web browser. According to the company, Google is trying to limit competition from companies building new AI and web services on open web data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Earlier this year, Reddit also sued Serpapi, along with other data collectors, for scraping content for the purpose of training AI models.
