OpenAI has been named in several lawsuits accusing the company of negligence related to users&rsquo; mental well-being.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Previously, the role of Head of Preparedness was held by Joaquin Qui&ntilde;onero Candela and Lilian Weng.
